We work with people who are rebuilding livelihoods, restoring land and striving to educate their children against steep odds. Your role is not to take over their journey. It is to walk beside them.

What We Look For

Where You Can Serve

Education Support
Work with local schools and community learning programs. You might assist teachers, help girls stay in school or support literacy initiatives. The goal is to strengthen existing structures, not replace them.

Environmental Conservation
Join our tree nurseries, rangeland restoration work and climate action projects. Expect to work outdoors, sometimes in demanding conditions. Conservation here is practical and hands-on.

Community Livelihoods
Support groups involved in small enterprises, sustainable agriculture, or value addition. Volunteers help with training, record keeping, product development or market linkages.

Community Based Tourism
Contribute to village tourism programs that respect culture and protect the environment. This may involve documentation, training, product design or helping communities share their traditions with dignity.

Research and Documentation
We welcome volunteers who can gather field data, write project reports, document stories, or support monitoring and evaluation. Good research strengthens our accountability and improves our programs.
